What a fabulous evening with my boy!
He is a Zelda fanatic, me not so much (brainwashing is alive and well on the paternal side of this parenting duo!). But I defy any gaming refuser not to have been swept away by this enchanting evening.
Just a piano, thousands of candles, two pianists and 60 minutes of music.
The boy could barely contain his delight as we leapt from one theme tune to the next, punctuated with charming description and detail from our two equally charming pianists. A student couple in real life, which translated into perfect timing and synchronicity on the keyboard.
Tickets from fever.com. There are a tier of options, but we splurged on the £45 ones so that we were near the front. Figured it unlikely that we would do this again, so why not?
