Parmesan, Lemon, and Asparagus Foils

Lovely, simple accompaniment to any camping dinner. Dead simple and easy to put together as you are literally just throwing your ingredients into the foil and wack them onto the flames or BBQ. You won't look back with our Parmesan, Lemon, and Asparagus Foils.


Ingredients:

Garlic butter

Asparagus spears

Lemon, squeezed

Parmesan, finely grated

Salt & Pepper

Aluminium Foil


Method:

  1. Place the asparagus onto the foil

  2. Squeeze lemon over the top

  3. Add the grated parmesan

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste

  5. Add a knob of garlic butter

  6. Wrap up the foil so that there is space for steam to develop, but can't escape

  7. Place onto the BBQ or flames for about 5-10 mins (take care that the bottom doesn't catch too much - a bit of char is ideal!)


Done! Really is that simple! We served our Parmesan, Lemon, and Asparagus Foils this time with our BBQ Beer Can Chicken and our homemade red cabbage and apple slaw. Let us know what you think in the comments below - what would you serve it with?
