We seem to have accrued lots of blankets over the years, exponentially over recent times as our youngest scamp is seemingly addicted to them. He always has one draped around his shoulders, walking like a king through his domain...we all bow and courtesy in his wake.
That, and our house is freezing, with rubbish central heating, and we all snuggle under them from May through to the next spring!
So we are always on the lookout for another one and this one is a belter - after all, a good blanket can solve 99% of life's problems, and the other 1% just needs a bigger blanket! We were off for a couple of nights in a yurt in autumn, so we knew it was going by to be chilly (read our review of the glorious Barefoot Yurts here). We wanted a thick fleece lined throw and found the Qucover Flannel Blanket. It has lovely vibrant coloured stripes that will fit with most colour schemes and more importantly is seriously snuggly!
Coming in at 150 x 200cm we squirrelled it onto our double bed before "King Scamp" could snaffle it for himself. It kept us toasty and warm throughout the night. We unpacked it from its vacuum packaging in the yurt and we were delighted to see it matched the colour scheme of our host's pillows! Some things are just meant to be!

I notice that it has "somehow" made its way out of the camping store and into the living room pile. It could not be paid a higher compliment. Excellent stealth moves, Your Majesty...*doffs one's cap and bows deeply*
